Unable to login


When trying to login to lenses, I am returned to the login screen without an error.

This issue usually presents itself after an upgrade. To resolve it please follow the below steps.

In Chrome:

  • Open the Developer Console ( Ctrl + Shift + I )
  • Click the Application Tab
  • From the left hand menu select Clear Storage
  • In the main window, below the pie chart, click Clear site data
