* Adds an optional MCP server sidecar to the HQ chart, with its own Service and Ingress, fail-fast template assertions for misconfiguration, and a `mcpAppVersion` annotation so the MCP image tag can drift independently of the chart's appVersion.
* Exposes HQ's embedded OAuth 2.1 authorization server for RFC 7662 token introspection so the MCP sidecar can validate tokens via `/oauth2/introspect`.
