Environment Creation

In this page we will explain how to utilise CLI for environment creation.

Prerequisites:

• Running HQ;

• Enough permissions to create new Service Account;

• Running Docker deamon.

Create service account

1. First login to HQ UI;

2. Go to IAM section;

   

   Main screen
3. Click to "Service Account" Tab;

   

   IAM page
4. Click to "New Service Account";

   

   Create new Service Account
5. Fill up mandatory fields. Make sure you assign group with enough permissions to create new environments to service account;

   
6. Copy service account key which will be later used;

Create new environment

With CLI

With bash script

Alternative method is to make an API call towards HQ in order to create new environment. Read more about HQ's API references here.
